Coordination, Shmoordination Maybe all those anti-gummint Republican types are right. Maybe the Homeland Security department is a colossal waste. Here, the Secret Service admits it delayed 5 days before telling the FBI and CDC that it found ricin at the White House last year. Good work, folks!
